Spring is right around the corner, and that means it’s time to refresh our wardrobes with the latest trends! I love keeping my style modern but still comfortable, and luckily, the 2025 spring fashion trends are both wearable and chic—perfect for women over 50 who want to look put together without trying too hard. Let’s be honest, some runway trends can be a little out there, so I’ve done the hard work and narrowed it down to the ones I actually plan on wearing this year that I think you’ll love, too!

Pastels
You gurls already know I love my neutrals, but there’s something about pastels in the spring that just feels right! Soft powder pinks and sky blues remind me of Easter eggs and blooming flowers, and they instantly brighten up an outfit. If head-to-toe pastels aren’t your thing, try a pastel blouse with white jeans or a pale pink handbag for a subtle pop of color. Pastels also play really well with navy to make one of my favorite combos!

The fisherman aesthetic is really just about easy, relaxed pieces like cozy sweaters, breezy linen pants, and boat shoes. Think coastal grandma meets New England’s preppy style. This means lots of nautical stripes, woven accessories, and all the tote bags! It’s effortless but still looks put together, and that’s always a win in my book. I’ll be styling this trend with a striped tee, crisp white jeans, and my new woven flats!

I love a good retro moment, and the ’70s boho trend is one I’ll definitely be incorporating this spring. Maxi dresses, flare pants, and platform sandals? Yes, please! I’ll probably be dipping my toe in with some fun flowy tops and wide-leg jeans—easy, comfortable, and stylish!
