A SUPER COMFORTABLE HOLIDAY OUTFIT

Last week, I did a post talking about the upcoming holidays. I asked what style of clothing you usually wear during the holidays, and the overwhelming response was COMFORTABLE!!! Today’s look is a super comfortable holiday outfit, so I think you will be happy.

For sizing reference, I’m 5’6″ tall, weigh between 150-155, and I usually wear an 8 in bottoms, a med/large in tops, and a size 9 in shoes.

 

I’m with all of you when it comes to being comfortable. But, when it comes to special occasions like the holidays, I also want to look stylish since photos will be taken. This classic outfit is super comfortable for the holidays and stylish and chic, too!

Talk about comfortable…this Oversized Turtleneck Sweater is fabulous! I found the sweater to be soft and cozy, but I recommend wearing a layering tank underneath if you have sensitive skin. I have this Layering Tank in beige, and I wear it anytime I’m worried about something being see-through or itchy.

As you can see, this oversized turtleneck sweater doesn’t touch me anywhere, and that is a HUGE plus when you plan on eating as much as I do for the holidays. I’m wearing a small, and it is still this big, so make sure you size down when placing your order.

I knew I wanted to wear the sweater with leggings, so I wanted a sweater that would cover my booty. This sweater looks chic and stylish with leggings, and I think I will also order the Mink version.

If you go to someone’s for the holidays, you’ll want a sharp-looking handbag. This black Faux Leather Bucket Bag has a pleated design, a gold chain, and a push-release drawstring closure that gives the bag a high-end look. This bag is under $65, but it looks way more expensive! I have a couple of bags with this brand, and I love the ones I have. Here are a few other bags you might find interesting.

I love these Champagne Drop Earrings! These earrings are great for celebrating any event, such as birthdays, graduation, or anniversaries. I also bought this pair for a 3-D look.

I have a ton of black leggings and a few faux leather ones too. But I couldn’t resist these black Faux Suede Leggings, especially since the price was under $60. I love the luxurious look of these leggings and the softness of the fabric. I never know if I need a medium or a large when ordering leggings, so I ordered a medium in this pair, but they are a little tight. I placed another order for a larger size to see which fit I like the best.

I bought these Black Leather Knee High Boots during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. These boots look great with leggings, jeans, dresses, etc., and the shaft is plenty roomy for my calves. I’m wearing my usual size 9, so these run TTS.

I have a few more items on order for the holidays, especially since I’m sure I’ll want something sparkly, just in case. Lol!
