Affordable, Elegant, Polished, and Chic Outfits From Walmart
I’ve had several messages from ladies looking for affordable outfits for holiday parties. One lady specifically asked for dresses since she has an office party to attend. I put together several outfits for you from Walmart that are affordable, elegant, polished, and chic.

When I look at this outfit, I see elegant, polished, and chic. I don’t “see” affordable; instead, it looks put together. Each item can be worn in multiple ways. The One Shoulder Sweater would look great with jeans or a pair of velour/velvet pants. The Ruffle Midi Skirt would look fabulous with a black turtleneck sweater and knee boots. I’ve already worn these ankle boots in many different ways this year, and the double-breasted coat can be worn with dresses and jeans. It is one of my favorite purchases from this post.

I love this outfit and am thrilled to see that it is also available in plus size. This look is pure sophistication, and you’ll look great at any event you attend. I would probably wear a pair of black tights or stockings with all of these dresses. My legs are ghostly white in the winter, so I try to keep them covered as much as possible. I found a 2-pack that I ordered, and I’ll share those below.

There are many other color combinations and prints to choose from here.

When I showed my husband this post, this was his favorite outfit. He loved the lace cut-out dress paired with the Fuschia embellished slingback pumps. The pop of color is CHIC looking and keeps this outfit from being too formal. If you’re worried about how to wear these heels differently, look at the outfit below

This casual outfit is perfect for a small get-together with friends. The embellished pumps add a touch of elegance that is perfect for the holidays. Can you see yourself wearing this affordable casual look?

I don’t know about you, but I don’t have a fancy party to attend this year. I’ll probably be dressed casually, so I wanted to show you another casual look. A black turtleneck and a pair of bootcut jeans create an easy go-to outfit for most of us. Adding a layered necklace and this cozy animal print wrap takes this look to the next level. It is still comfortable and casual, but now it looks put together. I love the color of the Faux-Suede Tote, and it will be one you can carry all year long.
I can’t wait to hear which outfit appeals to you the most. I’m torn between the red dress and the two casual looks. I have lots of casual looks but very few dressy outfits. I ordered the red dress since I can wear that for any special occasion.
Walmart makes it very convenient for its customers to shop, especially since most people have a store within 10 miles of their homes. You can also sign up for Walmart+, where you get Free Shipping with no order minimums (excludes most Marketplace items, location & freight surcharges) and Free Delivery (where available) with orders over $35. I take advantage of home delivery several times a week and love that small convenience.
Walmart sponsors this post, and I will receive compensation, but the opinions expressed are my own.

Can’t believe all of these things are from WalMart! I’m loving the pink shoes and the purple bag! I’m more of a jeans gal though and actually own a couple of pairs of Time and Tru jeans. They’ve become favorites.
Love your blog!!
Hi, Tania from SC! Love your blog and your posts. Your husband and I are on the same page. That’s my favorite as well. Just wanted to let everyone know that those gorgeous pink heels by Scoop are also offered in flats! I just ordered mine! Possibly an option for the same look in a more comfy style if you don’t want to or can’t wear heels. Love the other outfits as well. So glad I found your blog!!!
Casual, polished and chic is the one for me! Love the wrap.
I never really shop at Walmart. I hate their stores!
I would like to see you modeling all of these outfits! The prices are great for styles that are so nice. My favorite is the plaid midi skirt, and it has the zipper for a better fit. I have a sparkly sweater in a beautiful greenish-teal that would look great with it. I think a lot of us really appreciate affordable, beautiful clothing like this, at any age. I’m 79 but will always be Interested in looking my best.
Such pretty outfits Tania! Thanks for also showing all of the coordinating pieces of clothing and accessories.
Thank you for helping us older chicks to dress stylishly🤗 I love how you put the outfits together.I always check you out on Pintrest before I dress and your inspirations dailey is what we need in a world that has grown so unfriendly💓🙏🏽How do you choose winners for your give aways???I would love to be a winner one day.Peace and love to you😇
Like your hubby, I like the black cut out dress best, but given my casual lifestyle, the jeans & turtleneck is probably what I’d wear … great tips on how to class it up a bit with boots & wrap!
I love this post. I like the opportunity to get dressed up but not spend a lot of money to do it 🙂 An unrelated thought … your new tagline “Stop by to see how I can still be fashionable, while living in a fashion void area.” comes across as a little negative, like you don’t like where you live. Everyone shops online or when they go to a larger city. Perhaps you want to rethink it.
