BFF’s – Partners In Crime
If you have a best friend, you are a blessed individual. If you are really blessed, you might have two. I want to introduce you to my two crazy, chosen sisters. We work together, we travel together, and we party together. So, it just stands to reason that they need to be a part of my blog. This photo is several years old, as you can tell from my lovely hair style. This was at a vintage fashion show and I was wearing a bright, bright yellow dress that was for sale. In fact, someone bought it right off of me. Lol! This was our really blonde stage. Sandy, on the far left, is still this blonde, but me and Bertha have changed our styles three or four times.
Can you find me? Lol! This was a fundraiser that we held for backpack blessings. It was a Mom Prom, an event where women dress in prom dresses, dance, eat, and have a blast with no men allowed. Win, Win! We went to have our picture taken together, and soon this is what happened.
We must have gotten together and decided to all wear brown. As you can see, Bertha has moved on to her brown and white hair phase. Here we are decorating the town for a street festival. I’m not sure how we got volunteered for that job, but they call and we can’t seem to say no.
Another Mom Prom, probably two years ago. I want you to look at these two fashionista’s. They didn’t include me on the black memo. I feel left out:(
This was a trip out of town to a GFWC Virginia Woman’s Club convention. Which one of the three of us do you think is the wild one? I will give you a hint, she is the one with the zebra hair. Lol!!
I bet when we posed for this picture we never thought it would be on a blog. But I know there are all kinds of people out there just dying to see women, over 50, showing a little leg. Hahaha At least my toe nails look cute.
Another woman’s club trip where alcohol might have been served. Is this the picture you conjured up when I told you I was part of a woman’s club? We have lots of fun, and do good deeds along the way. Take for instance, our local Relay for Life. We are involved with a fun and informative ladies night out. This is an event where breast cancer awareness is the focus. Members of our club decided to decorate bras, and wear them on the outside on our clothing. No one, outside the club, knew we were going to show up like this. There was a few open mouths, and lots and lots of pictures taken. You judge for yourself.
I warned you she was the CRAZY one. Hahaha!
Today you have a homework assignment. Go call your best friend(s) and enjoy your day. Laugh, tell stories, or have a glass of wine.
You might have noticed a new design to the website. I hope you like the new look, and that you are able to navigate its features easily. The comment section is at the very end of the post, so keep scrolling. I look forward to reading all the comments, they make my day.
This is also something I WANT and NEED: I have added a subscription button to the blog, right under the recent posts tab. I would appreciate it if you would take the time to sign up. You will then be notified by email when a new post is made.
Be sure to follow me on Pinterest, Bloglovin, Instagram, and Facebook.
So fun to see you hanging out with your BFFs! Hope you three do something special to celebrate GALentine’s Day!
Thanks so much for being a part of Fun Fashion Friday!

Thanks for sharing your precious BFF pictures! What memories! You are all three quite the beauties (inside & out, I am sure). Y’all are snazzy!
You all are awesome. You have a wonderful group of friends. I laughed so hard at the last picture! How cute is that! You are blessed to have girlfriends to have fun with.

Love it!
I just about panicked this morning when I couldn’t get your blog to come up, I just knew you had changed your mind about a blog after the hard work you did on the different womens shape. Thank goodness you didn’t quit on us, we could have missed all these great pictures of you and your bffs. Its great to see us mature girls out having some young fun! I have 3 bffs that are local to me and we love to shop and try on outfits to show each other and then we always do lunch. I have a bff in Atlanta,we’ve been friends since 5th grade, that I don’t get to shop and have fun with, but we still keep in touch. Have a great day!
