CASUAL FRIDAY WITH A TIERED MAXI DRESS

Well, Kayla and I are on our way to Asheville, NC. Asheville is about 1 1/2 hours from my house, so it’s not a long drive at all. However, in true Tania fashion, I have several stops to make along the way. Lol! We’ll be lucky to get there in 4 or 5 hours.

My first stop is going to be at Chico’s. They have a shirt that I want to wear while I am in Asheville, so I’m picking it up on the way. Next, I’m stopping at J.Jills and Talbots, and they are conveniently located next door to each other. I have a few returns and exchanges to make, and I just saw that J.Jill launched their new line, so I might pick up a few things also. Finally, I’m going to stop and pick up some Revlon products that I’m wanting to try. After all that, we will finally be on our way. Check-in isn’t until 4 pm, so I’m not in any rush. We are staying at the Grove Park Inn, I know a lot of you mentioned they had great food and beautiful scenery. I hope to also go to the Drum Circle tonight, and I’m crossing my fingers that it doesn’t rain.

I couldn’t wait to show you this Turquoise Tiered Maxi Dress!!! I’ve had it for a few days, but I couldn’t get photos taken so I could get it on the blog. When I went to dinner last Saturday to celebrate my birthday, a friend was wearing this dress. I laughed and told her that it was soon going to be on the blog. The tiered dress is a huge trend, and you will see this style in all of the stores. I love this trend since the dress flows away from my stomach area. This is a great relaxed dress that you can wear to the beach, out to eat, to a Summer wedding, or to church. You will find lots of reasons to wear this dress. I’m wearing a size 1, and it fits great.

Here is the view from the back. Seeing her in the dress made me want to get photos taken, even more. So, on the first pretty day, I asked my daughter to grab some pics for you.

The Two-Tone Rafia Hoop Earrings looked great with this tiered dress. These earrings are so lightweight that you might even forget that you are wearing them.

To match the Rafia beach theme, I added this Blue Multi Striped Pom Pom Bag. This bag is adorable, and the straw-like material of this shoulder bag makes it a great bag for your day at the beach.

Did you know that Chicos is now carrying shoes??? They arent’ in all of the stores, but you can get them online. They do seem to run TTS, and I have three pairs of them already. Lol! I’ve been taking photos today of lots of different outfits, and I found myself reaching for these White T-Strap Sandals all of the time. They are super cute, and they look great with everything.

The last item of my outfit is the Frayed Edge Sun Hat. I wanted to pull the hat down lower on my face, and my daughter kept pushing it back. She insisted that you should see my face, but I figured you’d be more interested in seeing the hat. I have a large head (no comments allowed 😂 ) but the hat fits me fine.
