50 IS NOT OLD | DREAM, ACHIEVE, BELIEVEIt was a crazy day yesterday for me. I started out by tripping when I was running back into the house to get something that I had forgotten. I didn’t quite raise my foot high enough when I was going up the brick steps and then I ended up scraping my shin bone on the next step. Just call me Grace. Lol! When I finally got up the nerve to look under my leggings I had to peel the skin off of the legging, it was yucky. Did I share too much??? Lol!50 IS NOT OLD | DREAM, ACHIEVE, BELIEVEIt is so funny that I had these photos waiting to go on the blog for today. You know I like inspirational sayings on my jewelry and clothing. I just think it is good to give yourself little reminders throughout the day. Anytime I see a shirt or hat that has sayings like this on them I will buy it. Let’s be honest, everyone has dreams and if they think they can, then they can achieve them. Most people, however, won’t put forth the effort required to make their dreams come true. The bigger the dream, the more effort is required. This top is one I picked up at Cato last week and of course, it is not on their website. Lol! I have to laugh, my goodness it was just last week!!! 50 IS NOT OLD | DREAM, ACHIEVE, BELIEVE I decided not to do a pop of color in my jewelry but to just instead stay in the black and white tones of the outfit. These earrings are called Judy. They are very lightweight. The book calls this black but I consider it gunmetal. The bling bracelets are the Chalon (clear) and the Ezra (black). The bib necklace is one that I liked so much better in person. It is called the Katie.50 IS NOT OLD | DREAM, ACHIEVE, BELIEVEThe funny thing is that after I had already tripped going up the steps I got to work and then caught the sole of my shoe on the rug. I ended up separating the sole and Gerald had to get out the industrial adhesive to glue it back together so that I didn’t have to walk around barefooted all day. A customer came in and saw me walking around without any shoes and had to poke at me just a little. Lol! He started by saying, “Do I smell something?” They hit the trash when I got home. Hahaha!50 IS NOT OLD | DREAM, ACHIEVE, BELIEVEI’ll be honest, when I bought this top I had my Rodan and Fields business in the back on my mind. The funny thing is that I had no idea when I scheduled it to be in my post that these words would mean something to me. Yesterday I had two ladies on my team to promote. I was so proud of them for all their hard work. Their dreams are starting to pay off.
