DREAM, ACHIEVE, BELIEVE
It was a crazy day yesterday for me. I started out by tripping when I was running back into the house to get something that I had forgotten. I didn’t quite raise my foot high enough when I was going up the brick steps and then I ended up scraping my shin bone on the next step. Just call me Grace. Lol! When I finally got up the nerve to look under my leggings I had to peel the skin off of the legging, it was yucky. Did I share too much??? Lol!
It is so funny that I had these photos waiting to go on the blog for today. You know I like inspirational sayings on my jewelry and clothing. I just think it is good to give yourself little reminders throughout the day. Anytime I see a shirt or hat that has sayings like this on them I will buy it. Let’s be honest, everyone has dreams and if they think they can, then they can achieve them. Most people, however, won’t put forth the effort required to make their dreams come true. The bigger the dream, the more effort is required. This top is one I picked up at Cato last week and of course, it is not on their website. Lol! I have to laugh, my goodness it was just last week!!!
The funny thing is that after I had already tripped going up the steps I got to work and then caught the sole of my shoe on the rug. I ended up separating the sole and Gerald had to get out the industrial adhesive to glue it back together so that I didn’t have to walk around barefooted all day. A customer came in and saw me walking around without any shoes and had to poke at me just a little. Lol! He started by saying, “Do I smell something?” They hit the trash when I got home. Hahaha!
I’ll be honest, when I bought this top I had my Rodan and Fields business in the back on my mind. The funny thing is that I had no idea when I scheduled it to be in my post that these words would mean something to me. Yesterday I had two ladies on my team to promote. I was so proud of them for all their hard work. Their dreams are starting to pay off.
Do you know what my number one referrer page is? It is Pinterest! I truly appreciate every time you “pin” a picture. Heck, pin ALL the pictures if you want. Lol! Also, if you would like to share my posts on Facebook or Twitter, I would appreciate that. It helps get my blog out to more people, and I am sure you just want to spread the entertaining sayings I have. Lol! The comment section is at the end of the post, so keep scrolling. I look forward to reading all the comments, they make my day.

Love it!!!
Love everything about this outfit! The black and white stripes with the cute inspirational words to the jewelry! Looking good! Happy Saturday!
Tania, I feel for you. I’ve done that to many times to count. I have this one pair of shoes that when I were them they always catch on the carpet at my office and I look like I am tripping. Love that top!
Again, you’ve posted exactly what I needed to hear. This is getting weird! 1. I have been battling a foot from exactly the same thing…tripping UP a step! I don’t feel so silly now that I know I’m not alone. 2. I have a pair of black sandals that I put on – take off – put on..over and over because I have no idea what to wear with them (with my jammed toe lol). Thank you very much for showing me. Now to buy those cute leggings. 3. Yesterday I almost took down my little DREAM BIG sign that I have hung up on a nail in my office for over 15 years. I don’t even HAVE a dream anymore. I don’t know what the next step is. Nada. Blank. I have a goal poster but no clue on what the vehicle is I’m supposed to use. I DO know that it’s going to be on MY terms though whatever it is. So, I guess I need your whole outfit on various levels. And to keep reading your posts. Apparently we are kindred spirits. lol
My husband’s finger locked up so we spent yesterday afternoon in a doctor’s office. I love your shirt. I’m too busty for for words on my shirt but it looks great on you
Tania, don’t worry about blogging while you are spending time with your kids and grandkids. You don’t see them very often, so every minute counts. We “gurls” will be here when you get back.
Tania hope your ok. My coworker did the same thing two days ago. She missed the curb going into super market and down she went her knees are all banged up. I think its cuz we wife and mother have much on our mind that these things happen. You are in excellent company. Love this top I will be going to my local Cato to see if i can find it. Cuz I got dreams ! Lol
A few years ago, I saw these words, “It’s not bragging if you can prove it” spoken by the great Muhammad Ali on a gym tee shirt. I saw it and I bought it, and following it in quick succession were a host of others including, “Me vs Me”, “Though she be but little, she be fierce”, and, “Boss Lady”. Whilst some may not be mainstream inspirational quotes, every single one serves as a little kick to my ass, motivating me to strive harder, dream bigger, achieve more. And, at the end of the day, isn’t that how we all try to live? 🙂 xoxo
Tania, you have just had “one of those days”, but you look classic and comfortable, well done,
I’m having a rum and coke, cooking and I purchased 3 tops today, I had a lady compliment me on my choice, and I said thank you, and I told her to go on your blog, I am learning from my friend Tania. I tell lots of ladies, I hope they look, but there are lots of ladies in Australia, whom you inspire, enjoy Saturday night, I am off to a poker night, no I don’t drink a lot and I am not a heavy gambler. Cheers????
I love the shirt and the outfit, I like those 3 words on your shirt … Just dream it, you can believe it, and then achieve it.
Sorry about your fall, grace, we all have a little of her in all of us!! LOL
Looking forward to Sunday..
