If you’d told me when I was a teenager that I’d be posting photos of myself in a bathing suit at 60+, I would have thought you were crazy, lol. That’s one of the nice things about growing older – I’m letting those old insecurities go! If I can post photos of myself in a bathing suit on the internet, you can wear one to your neighborhood pool! I went hunting for the most flattering swimsuits under $50, and I found styles for every body! Whether you’re chasing toddlers in the splash pad or lounging like a queen with a cold drink. Let’s go!

This one piece is an Amazon best-seller that so many women swear by! I love the vintage-inspired design. It’s a great go-to swimsuit that’s both comfortable and stylish, and it comes in tons of colors, so you can grab a few! I decided to try out the leopard print, and it didn’t disappoint!

One Shoulder Two Piece Tankini Bathing Suit (large)

This black and white One Shoulder Two Piece Tankini Bathing Suit is striking in person. I love that it is a 2-piece suit that looks like a one-piece. This suit is chic, stylish, flattering, and a tad on the sexy side. I’m wearing a large, but a medium might have fit me better. This suit comes in lots of prints and colors.

Ruffle Tankini Swimsuit

You all know I LOVE bright colors, and this hot pink Ruffle Tankini Swimsuit was calling my name. I think it really pops against a faux tan. This swimsuit comes in 30 colors and patterns if you want a different color! The thin strap on the other side is removable, but I liked how it looked, so I left it on. This tankini’s ruched front is great for camouflaging any problem areas you want to hide. I also thought the bottoms had adequate coverage, so I didn’t feel like I had to pull or tug to ensure my backside was covered.

Over 29,000 five-star reviews, y’all. This One-Piece is doing the most in the best way. The crossover front flatters without feeling like a girdle, and the high-waist cut makes the legs look miles long. And of course, many, MANY other colors.

Floral Ruffle One-Piece – Amazon

This is the swimsuit version of a tropical vacation! The ruffle detail gives it a flirty feel, and the tie-back keeps everything secure. It has removable pads and tummy control (yes, please). Every pattern is slightly different, so it feels like a one-of-a-kind pick.

Tie Knot Swimdress – Amazon

So cute! This suit has that sweet-meets-sassy vibe. A flattering V-neck, tummy control, and a cute little skirt for coverage that still feels fun. There’s nothing old lady about this, even though it has great coverage. It’s the swimdress you’ll actually want to wear.

Tropical High-Waisted Bikini – Amazon

This one is for my confident Gurls who want a little sass with their splash. It’s a two-piece with ruffle details and a tropical print that screams, “I’m on island time.” Bonus: the top is super supportive.

Vintage Tankini Set – Walmart

I love a good tankini, especially one that comes with a cute swim skirt and built-in support. This one gives you coverage and a retro vibe, and I love how it smooths the tummy area without being clingy. Walmart always has affordable options!

Slimming Swimdress – Walmart

Perfect for those who love a little more coverage but still want to look stylish. This swimdress gives shape, flatters curves, and won’t break the bank. And of course, tummy control. A total win!

Colorblock Swimdress with Pockets – Walmart

Yes, I said pockets. On a swimsuit. What a time to be alive! This colorblock number is bright, bold, and has tummy control built in. The skirt gives a touch more modesty without feeling matronly. Plus, tennis dresses are huge right now, and this has the same vibe.

Ruffle Cutout Tankini – Walmart

This is such a cute twist on the classic tankini, ruffled V-neck top, high-waisted bottom, and a flirty little cutout. Comes in black (so slimming!) and fits like a dream.

Time and Tru One-Piece – Walmart

Basic? Yes. Boring? Absolutely not. This plunge V-neck one-piece is flattering, supportive, and VERY affordable! Available in sizes XS to 3X, so all my Gurls are covered.

You don’t need to spend a fortune to look amazing at the beach or pool. These swimsuits give coverage, confidence, and compliments (just wait and see!).

Tell me which one’s going in your cart, and don’t forget the sunscreen!
