Here Is How I Styled My White Jeans From Nordstrom

The item that I wear most during spring and summer has to be white jeans. They go with all the beautiful colors and prints, and I find them on repeat in my outfits. Today I wanted to show you how I styled white jeans from Nordstrom with a soft muted pink color.

I usually wear bright colors during spring and summer, but this muted pink color really grabbed my attention.

As soon as I saw this floral blouse, I knew it would look great with a pair of white jeans.

Tan, pink and white isn’t a color combination I would normally wear, so I liked stumbling across it with this blouse. I loved the look, and the smocking detail at the neckline and cuffs convinced me to give it a try. It looks feminine without having lots of ruffles. I’m wearing a medium, and it fits great.

I’ve heard so many ladies talking about Longchamp bags that I decided to order one for myself. I should have paid attention to the size instead of the color. This is a good medium sized bag, but I was wanting a larger one to use as a tote. The Longchamp bag is made of recycled-nylon canvas with an origami-inspired design that folds flat for compact storage. This is one of those bags you could carry for a long time.

A column of color is one of my favorite tricks I use to make me look taller and thinner. Your eye sees one long look, and adding a blazer or cardigan limits the amount of space your eye can see. If you can’t see my lumps and bumps, they must not exist. Haha!

The floral blouse above was dressy, so I changed into this Linen Blend Camp Shirt for a casual look. This is a great short sleeve shirt that you can wear all summer long, and it will look great with jeans or shorts. I’m wearing a medium which fits me perfectly.

You’ve probably been wondering about this plaid blazer. I hate that it has already sold out in all sizes, but I did find several that were similar for you.

How sweet are these NYDJ Coolmax® Slim Ankle Bootcut Jeans? They fit like a dream, and I love that they are crafted from moisture-wicking fabric. Plus, they have an exclusive lift-tuck technology to help flatten the tummy and lift the rear. These jeans do have stretch to them, so size down since they may stretch after wearing. I’m wearing my usual size 8, but I’m going to exchange them since they are already a little large on me.

Notice the small amount of fraying on the hem of the jeans? This is a modern detail that I like since it doesn’t have too much distressing. I’m wearing a pair of TOMS Espadrille Wedge Sandals that I bought last year. TOMS is a brand I love because the shoes fit me well, are comfortable and stylish, and they give back. The new espadrille wedge looks a tad bit different, so I linked to them, and here are a few other styles you might like.

I love shopping at Nordstrom because they offer a wide range of products from a variety of brands. And they carry high-end luxury and designer brands, as well as more affordable options. This makes it so easy for everyone to find something in their budget range.
Nordstrom is known for its excellent customer service, and they offer free shipping and free returns; it is super convenient. I love trying on clothing in the privacy of my home, but I hate paying for shipping and returns. That is one reason I love shopping at Nordstrom; trying new clothing styles never costs me anything. Nordstrom offers BOPUS (Buy Online Pick Up in Store) and contactless curbside pickup options.

Love the look of white jeans.
So classic.
recently purchased your sister’s book Hope in the Holler about little Wavie. I look forward to reading it to my granddaughter
Very helpful tips for ladies 50 and older. I have enjoyed your page for years and often shop for these styles
I meant to say sense of fashion for ladies 50 and older. I have enjoyed your page for years and often shop for these styles
love your sense of passion and recently picked up your sister’s book Hope in the Holler about little Wavie and I look forward to reading it to my granddaughter.
Wish the blazer were not sold out–the pink and beige tones are perfect for early spring and great to add a touch of warmth to one’s skin tone. The other options you showed just can’t hold a candle to the pink one. I’m finding that all the great new blazers sell out quickly–especially in larger Misses sizes (I wear a 14 or a 16 because I have a wide back and shoulders from years of weight-training–and they’re the first ones to go out of stock!). The CoolMax jeans are great–but wish NYDJ would make these in pastels. . .I have more than enough white jeans for the spring and summer.
I agree with your husband regarding your 9 course tonight. Usually the more you pay the less food and more “art” you get on the plates! Hope there’s a McDonalds close.
Lol! That’s funny, Pamela! Our favorite restaurant is right next door, so we can walk over and grab something if it is a miss.
Both outfits are so pretty and look great on you! Oh how I wish that blazers fit my personal style. I do like wearing ruanas and kimonos, so I can create a similar look with them. A 9 course meal – Holy Cow! I can’t wait to hear all about it!
Love both ways you styled the outfits. I do love the print top with the blazer. Nordstrom is at the top of the list of my favorite stores to shop. May have to give those jeans a try and definitely want that print top.
I love white jeans and capris with bright blouses! I have a pair of Old Navy white jeans with longer fraying that I have to trim occasionally. My biggest challenge with ankle length and capris is deciding what to wear on my feet.
