HOW I’M WEARING AN OLIVE GREEN BLAZER FOR FALL
Every time I wear something Olive Green, I end up getting a compliment before the day is finished. I thought that Olive was a horrible color for me to wear until last year, and now I can’t get enough of it. I guess that just goes to show you that you should never say never because you might end up having to eat your words.
Today’s outfit is a combination of seasons. Florals are a print that I mostly wear in spring and summer, but I found this fallish floral print that I thought would look great with olive, mustard, or burgundy.
I wasn’t sure about the fit of this blouse, so I sized up because I would rather something be too big than too small. Well, it is too big for me. Lol! I ordered a large in the top, and it is too big through the body. The length doesn’t bother me; I actually like a long tunic style since I can wear that with leggings.
At least I ordered the right size blazer. This Double-Breasted Blazer in Deep Green is beautiful and is a very nice weight. It feels luxurious, and I would swear that it cost more money.
Here is how the blazer looks when buttoned. I ordered a large, and the fit is perfect for me.
I’m wearing the Maya Hoop Earrings and Maya Cuff Bracelet from Kendra Scott. I love the mesh detail and chunky style. These are also available in mixed-metal.
For Valentine’s Day, my husband got me a Brahmin handbag. Well, actually, I bought the bag for him and said it was from him. Lol! I saved him the agony of picking out the perfect gift, so we were both happy, especially ME! I’m carrying the Brahmin Finley Small Croc Embossed Leather Satchel, and I LOVE the quality and workmanship of this special bag.
I’m wearing a pair of Slim Jeans from Banana Republic Factory. I wanted a longer length (they look cropped on the website), so I ordered these in a tall. The jeans are available in Petites also, so there is something for almost everybody. I’m wearing my usual size 8, and I think they fit true to size.
I love these Block Heel Sandals! The color is gorgeous, and they will look great with a fall dress. These sandals are on sale and are under $50! Sizes are limited, but there are a lot of colors, so you should find something you like. I’m wearing my usual size 9, so these run TTS.

Love that Olive color on you!
Love olive green!💕
That is a very pretty outfit, Tania! I have learned to wear certain tones of olive green with some of my signature colors so that it won’t make my skin look green.
My favorites today – that Brahmin bag! And I always love your jewelry.
I love your post with the Olive green double breasted jacket, shoes, jeans and purse. These really looks great. I’m not crazy about the top.
Love your blog.
With your hair color olive green looks good on you.
It isn’t one of my favorite colors either but I did purchase a couple of T shirts this fall in olive, and I like them!
Really nice outfit. I am not a big jeans wearer (I know, weird) so I would wear different on the bottom but…that looks great on you.
Love the blazer! I’ve seen it in berry and black and those are gorgeous too.
Have a great day..
I used to wear olive green and thought it looked good with my green eyes. But as we age our coloring changes, and I stopped wearing that color as it made me look yellow and sickly. However, this Fall, I’m finding more olives that are cool toned and it seems I can wear some of those shades. Green is one of my favorite colors so I’m glad that we’re seeing more of the cooler tone greens versus the yellow toned ones! Thanks for all your inspiration every day!
Love everything about this fall outfit!!
