HOW TO LOOK MODERN NO MATTER YOUR AGE

This is one of my favorite looks since I have started blogging. I love the tank and pants that make a column of black, and that creates a thin look. Plus, I love the gorgeous faux-leather cream moto jacket that helps you look modern and stylish. The statement accessories give the outfit a WOW factor, and I love that it can all be found from one store!

The overall look of this outfit is put-together and edgy. The combination of the animal prints complements each other, instead of competing with each other. The cream-colored moto jacket becomes the visual focus against the black background and adds elegance to the look.

I love the feel of this cream faux-leather jacket. It is soft and subtle, and it is lightweight and not binding. The faux-leather looks amazing, and the silver hardware is heavy and sturdy. The jacket looks luxurious and expensive, and who doesn’t like that? Because it is faux-leather, this jacket can be machine washed, so that is a huge plus in my book. You can wear this moto jacket with jeans or a dress, and you will look sharp either way. I can’t wait to wear it with a pair of my embroidered girlfriend jeans this fall. Also, I swear that a moto jacket takes at least ten years off your age and makes you look modern and young. The only problem with this jacket is, trying to keep your daughter from taking it from you. Lol! I am wearing a size 1 in this jacket, and it fits me perfectly!

One of the ways that people are wearing jackets is thrown across their shoulders like a cape. This is a handy way to keep warm, but also show off your top. It is also great when you have sleeves that bunch when you wear a jacket or coat in the usual way. Either way, the look is chic, and you can’t go wrong with the jacket.

The moto jacket makes a statement, but this ombre long necklace adds an extra punch. It is funny, I’ve been talking to two different ladies in the past week, and both of them mentioned how much they love Chico’s statement jewelry. Chico’s jewelry is well made, and almost all of their pieces are custom-designed exclusively for Chico’s. This necklace has large links in soft, neutral ombre hues crafted of lightweight resin with suede cording and metal hardware. I like how lightweight the necklace is, and I also added the matching ombre earrings, which are also very light and comfortable to wear. I don’t like heavy earrings that tug on my ears.

This double v-neck slub tank top is a cotton blend. It is super comfortable and soft, and the v-neck is flattering. I love that the back is also a v-neck, so when you wear this top with a jacket, it has some visual interest from the back. This tank is chic looking, and it is perfect to layer under a jacket or cardigan. The tank comes in seven colors, and I will be ordering a couple more of these since you can wear them all year round. I am wearing a size 1 in the tank, and it fits perfectly.

This embossed leather tote can serve so many purposes. It looks beautiful with the leopard print gussets and strap, and the size is remarkably large and roomy. The tote can be used as a small briefcase, and my laptop fits in it perfectly. This would be so chic and stylish to walk into a meeting with this as your briefcase, and I like that it can be zipped closed for privacy. Of course, it looks fantastic as a handbag too. Lol!

The Brigitte So Slimming line of pants is incredible, and these reptile ankle pants are no exception! I have them in all different colors and lengths, but this is my first pair of reptile-print pants! I am so in love with the different variations of color in the pants that stay in the gray family. The understated muted tones look chic and elegant, and the retile print gives them an edgy vibe. Edgy and chic is an excellent description for these pants. The So Slimming material is slightly stretchy, so you can read that to mean that they are comfortable when worn. I love the pull-on style of the pants, and I appreciate that they hold me in where I need it most; the tummy area. I am wearing my usual size .5 in these pants, even though I wear a size 10 in other brands.

This overall look is perfect for fall. You will look chic, modern, put-together, and ever so stylish anywhere that you go in this outfit. I can see a date night coming soon in my future.
