Long-time readers know that I don’t do well with fragrances. But I get it! There’s just something about a cozy home that smells amazing this time of year, cinnamon, vanilla, pine, or even a hint of sandalwood. The trick is finding scents that feel inviting without being too strong. I’ve done my research, and whether you’re team wax melt, diffuser, or candle, here are some great ways to fill your home with warmth and fragrance this season.

Aera Home Fragrance System

As I mentioned, I don’t do many things that have a fragrance because they give me a headache. So, I was skeptical, but I wanted to give this a try. And, I’m happy to say, this thing keeps my house smelling SO good, and headache-free!

I can usually use “food” smells without an issue, so Vanilla is my go-to scent. The scents are clean, not overwhelming, and the scheduling feature keeps the house smelling fresh without me thinking about it.

Candle Warmer Lamp

The candle warmer is something I use almost daily. It throws a subtle scent quickly and makes candles last longer than they would if you lit them! Plus, it just gives off the coziest glow at night!

If I’m being honest, I picked a candle that has an extremely light fragrance. You can barely smell it unless you are right beside it,

  5. 😊. I love a good smelling house and usually use candle or tart warmers. I also have an essential oil diffuser that I use sometimes. I like the idea of the Aera system but it is expensive. I read you told another person to watch for sales. I might do that.
