IT IS PUMPKIN SPICE AND EVERYTHING NICE SEASON

Wait, I think that is supposed to be sugar and spice and everything nice, not pumpkin spice. Lol! But, since it is sweater-wearing season, I’m going to go with pumpkin spice. I have always been more spice than sugar anyway, so adding a little pumpkin to the mix should be fun!

My DIL and I went to grab some photos at this shopping plaza, but these are the only photos we got before the rains set in. Since taking pictures wasn’t an option, we decided to go shopping instead. Did you catch my Old Navy try-on haul? Every store that we went in, someone would stop and ask me about my pumpkin spice sweater!

It became a running joke with Kayla and me, wondering how many people would comment on this sweater. I found it especially funny when I went in the Loft Outlet, and the sales clerks asked about it. You’ll see why I thought that was funny below.

This adorable sweater is soft and comfortable, and it fits well. It is a decent quality for the price point, plus the Pumpkin Spice saying is so dang cute! The fabric is a cotton/polyester blend and perfect for those who can’t wear wool. The sweater hits me at hip level, so it is ideal for jeans and these Ponte pants, but not great for leggings unless you also wear a cardigan or jacket.

I’m wearing a medium, and I think it fits me well. I still have wiggle room, and the sleeves are plenty long enough. I’m kind of shocked that there are still sizes available in this sweater. I figured this would be one of those items that never hit the blog because it was all sold out.

BTW, the reason that I thought it was funny the Loft Outlet sales ladies asked me where I bought the sweater…it was from LOFT! Lol!

Ponte knit pants are some of my favorite pants. I love the thick Ponte material and how it hugs you without compressing you. The Ponte knit material looks and feels luxurious, and it moves with you as you walk, sit, and play with your children. This plaid pattern spoke to me, and I think I have so many sweaters and tops that will go with it for fall. I am wearing a large, and they fit me great.

You’ve probably seen me wear these Franco Sarto taupe wedge heels before. I have to admit, I have a “thing” for nude shoes because I know I can wear them with anything. This is the first pair of wedge shoes that I have in this nude/taupe color, and I am obsessed with all of the ways you can wear these shoes. They look great with dresses, pants, jeans, or shorts, so they are very versatile. These run TTS, and I am wearing my usual size 9.

My accessories are neutral colored also. I added my Tory Burch McGraw tote!!! This color is fantastic, and the tote is the perfect size for me. The color of this bag is great for fall, but it can be carried all year round since it is a beautiful neutral. As a bonus, I had bought a felt liner for another handbag, and it fits this bag perfectly. So, all of my items are nice and organized, which makes them easy to find.

Can you believe that I’ve been blogging for SIX YEARS?!?!?

So many things have changed since September 2015. My blog was just getting started in 2015. I was trying to figure out what I was doing, Joe had no idea that I had a blog, and my darling Beckley was still alive. It has been SIX years since I started blogging, and I forgot to celebrate that milestone.
