Summer is here, and that means it’s time to trade in the heavy layers for lightweight fabrics, bright colors, and easy outfits that feel good from morning to evening. I’ve always believed that getting dressed should be fun, and Kohl’s makes it simple to put together looks that are comfortable, flattering, and still feel stylish.

Lately, I’ve been reaching for clothes that can take me through real life, outfits that work for morning errands, lunch with friends, or just enjoying a sunny day outside. The best part is, I didn’t have to spend a fortune to find pieces I feel great in. These new finds from Kohl’s check all the boxes, and I think you’re going to love them too.

This is what I call a “throw-on-and-go” dress. It’s cheerful, light, and easy to wear, everything you want in a summer outfit when the temperatures start to rise.

This Pom Pom Trim Shift Dress is made from a soft fabric that feels good all day. The fit is relaxed without being shapeless, and the pom pom trim along the hem adds a touch of charm. The blue and white print is fresh and bright, and the shift silhouette gives it a timeless feel. The dress is fully lined, so you don’t have to worry about needing a slip.

This neutral Crossbody Bag has a classic, clean look that pairs well with everything. It is just roomy enough for essentials and keeps things simple when you want to travel light. The adorable “bells” add a unique look and visual interest to the bag.

This casual outfit feels effortless and a little bit elevated. It’s the kind of look I reach for when I want to feel comfortable but still put together, perfect for lunch with girlfriends or a summer outing.

This Linen Shirt has a relaxed shape that’s perfect for warm weather. The linen blend keeps it light and breathable, and the soft green shade gives it a fresh, easygoing feel. I sized up to a large for a little extra room, and I love the casual drape it gives. The button-front design and cuffed short sleeves add just enough structure to balance out the looser fit.

These Capri Pants are as easy as they sound. The paper bag waist is gentle and flattering, and the fabric has a soft, almost flowy quality that makes them feel like elevated loungewear. I gave the hems a small cuff, and it made the outfit feel just a bit more styled. The color is neutral enough to mix with anything.

Soft straps, cushioned soles, and a walkable fit make these Strappy Sandals a go-to choice. I’ve been reaching for them often, and they work with just about every outfit I’ve styled this season

There is something about a cheerful floral top and colorful pants that just lifts your mood. This outfit is a great mix of playful and practical, and it works beautifully for everything from casual errands to lunch on the patio.

Elbow-Sleeve Splitneck Top

This floral Elbow-Sleeve Top is light and breathable with a flattering neckline and just enough shape through the body. I especially like the elbow-length sleeves, which offer nice coverage while still keeping things cool. The fabric feels soft against the skin, and the medium fits comfortably without feeling too snug or too oversized.

These Pull-On Capri Pants are such an easy win. The wide-leg shape makes them feel current, and the pleated front gives them a little polish. The waistband is smooth and comfortable, and the green color brings just the right amount of fun into your summer wardrobe. They are easy to pair with both prints and solids, and the cropped length is perfect for showing off a favorite pair of sandals.

They carry a wide range of sizes, which means more women can find something that works for them. I also love that I can shop in-store or online, depending on what works best for my schedule.

I love the Pom Pom dress. I have a top like that but don’t know how to keep the Pom poms looking good after washing the shirt. They seem to disintegrate a little.

  2. I think that this is the best idea anyone has come up with. I never know what is age appropriate.
