There are several things to consider when you are considering buying an article of clothing. Some of the top questions that I ask myself when I am shopping deals with quality, price, versatility, and details. I want to know that I bought something that will check off all of those boxes if I possibly can. This gorgeous top c/o Purple Poppy checked off all of those boxes PLUS one more, it is comfortable! The drop sleeves of this top are adorned with gorgeous lace and dark gray beads. This is what I mean when I talk about uniques details. These details set this top apart from other tops.

The metallic thread is much easier to see in this photo. It is on the neckline, the hem, and the sleeves. This unique top is 92% Viscose and 8% Polyester which is why it is so comfortable. The material has a lot of give to it and is very soft also. I am wearing a large, but I think this runs large and I would recommend sizing down.
I am wearing the top with jeans, but I think it would look fabulous with black dress pants for a night out to dinner. I am seriously considering wearing this for Thanksgiving since I want to look fashionably dressed, but I need to be comfortable also. This top allows me to do both at the same time.

That top is to die for!!! I want to ask you, I turned 58 this year, would i be age appropriate wearing something like that?

This is a really pretty top. The detailing on the shoulder is fabulous.
One of the things I look for in a item is matching pattern. There is nothing worse than a check or stripe not matching.

Love that top! I wonder the opinion of your other followers on an issue I work to avoid. I do not like wearing a longer necklace with a light or soft fabric which shows the outline of my bra. Perhaps it is because I am a professor and the last thing you want young 18 – 22 year old males doing is noticing you have breasts (oh my!) or noticing the outline of your bra.
The bra outline was caused because of the necklace that I added. It was made from stone beads and was heavy. It has never bothered me for my bra outline to show since I know that women wear bras. Lol! That could have easily have been remedied by wearing a shorter necklace or by wearing spanx or a camisole under the top.

This top is very pretty but is seems a bit too sheer. It might just be the lighting or the camera but the outline of the bra is plain to see.
