50 IS NOT OLD | LOOK FOR AN INTERESTING PRINTOh my goodness, it is good to be back home. There is just something to be said for sleeping in your own bed at night. When I walked through the door after traveling through 7 states and taking 14 hours I was a little on the tired side. However, I got quite the welcome home. Beckley who hasn’t been feeling well was jumping and cavorting all over the place. Lucy Lu was doing her normal little happy dance. Her little paws just prance when she is happy. Lol!50 IS NOT OLD | LOOK FOR AN INTERESTING PRINTBeckley followed me down the hall when I got ready for bed and insisted upon coming into the bedroom. I let him in while I was taking out my contacts and washing my face. I figured he would go out in a minute because he never sleeps with us. If it is storming he wants in the room but he either sleeps under the bed or on the couch. I got ready for bed and opened the door for him to leave but he refused and went and jumped on the couch. As soon as Joe came into the room he then jumped up on the bed and proceeded to woller all over the bed. I used the term “woller” this weekend and all the girls looked at me like I had three heads. Have you ever heard this term?50 IS NOT OLD | LOOK FOR AN INTERESTING PRINTI wore this top once before but the pictures were atrocious. I deleted every one of them but the entire day that I had the top on Joe kept telling me how much he liked it. I put it back on today and I wondered if I would get the same reaction from him. I am happy to say he once again started telling me he loved the shirt. It is a keeper! This is by Bob Mackie and this is the only item I have ever bought by him. Normally his items are too over the top for me but this one caught my eye. I like that it has a thread of gold that runs through the material. This is very lightweight and sheer but it is not see-through. It is made in a poncho style with seams going up the sides and the arms fluttering open. I love the pattern and the colors. I look for an interesting pattern when I am shopping, that is the unique detail.

50 IS NOT OLD | LOOK FOR AN INTERESTING PRINTEveryone at work thought my necklace was a part of the design until they saw it moving. This is the coolest necklace ever! It has long strands of rhinestones along with the different levels of chains that make up the bib necklace. This would be really cute with a black tank top and a pair of jeans. It can be dressed down and well as worn with a little black dress for a date night out on the town. The earrings are made to match exactly. Both items are light so you don’t have to worry about being weighed down. the necklace is called the Katie and the earrings are the Kendra .50 IS NOT OLD | LOOK FOR AN INTERESTING PRINTThe bracelets are magnetic and very easy to put on and take off. The two on the left have rhinestones. The clear one is the Chalon set in silver and the black one in silver is called the Ezra. The one on the right is pearls set in silver but the pearl bracelet on the website is set in gold and called the Amanda. I must have gotten mine in on of the special offers. I went ahead and linked to the items but when you check out please make sure if says that you are shopping in a party for Tania. To go to my party you can copy and paste this, www.plunderdesign.com/party/tania7 or click partyI can only hope that link works. Lol!
50 IS NOT OLD | LOOK FOR AN INTERESTING PRINTThis light gray crossbody purse is super cute for a date night. I would never be able to carry that through the day, it is just too small for me. I am not even sure it would hold my wallet and phone both at the same time. I would have to just put in some money, a credit card, and my driver’s license so that my phone could fit. Haha! I don’t know how they ever carried those small purses in the 50’s.

50 IS NOT OLD | LOOK FOR AN INTERESTING PRINTI like the gladiator shoes with this outfit. They are by Sole Society and I bought them last year. The block heel is about 2 inches high.

50 IS NOT OLD | LOOK FOR AN INTERESTING PRINTThese blue pants are old as they can be. They were probably one of my first stretchy ankle pants that I bought. I wasn’t sure that I would like the Pixie Pant style but I needed a pair of blue pants so I gave them a try. Everyone needs at least one pair of blue pants. I am a native Texan and “woller” is definitely in my vocabulary. I could visualize Beckley wollering on the bed and didn’t bat an eye when you mentioned it…LOl

  6. Yes I know the word to wallow about, here in England meaning to roll around not doing much.

  7. It takes MANY RECRUITS to get that FREE Lexus!!!

    1. Haha, Toni! I am just enjoying the products and meeting new people at this time. The Lexus is still just a dream.

  8. Awesome outfit today for sure! I usually only buy neutral pants but you have me thinking I might need a cobalt blue pair! And yes, woller is in my vocabulary, and I even use it the same way you did, to say my dog “wollers” all over the rug or in the grass!

    1. Blue is a neutral color to me. Lol!

  9. I love the blouse ! Great outfit ?

  10. Your word “woller” is a Southern adaptation of the word wallow. It means to roll about in dirt or mud in a clumsy fashion. It can also mean to immerse yourself as in “wallow in grief”.

    1. It is like we say, holler instead of hollow. Haha! I was talking to someone about a hole that was growing too large and the screw was going to come out.

You’re right—picking a super cool print can be the focal point of a great outfit!! That’s how I take all the attention away from my hair–LOL!

Please come back to Fl. You brought us cool weather. It is to be in the 90’s today.

  13. I just found a VERY similar top and it is in a variety of colors. Go to QVC and type in Bob Mackie.

  14. I thought the necklace was part of the design too!! Great choice. I love the colors and patterns of this outfit. And no, I have never heard the word Woller!

  15. Sondra Koons says:

Love the top Tania! Bob Mackey is usually too ‘over the top’ for me too but there is something about this one that draws you to it!! And YES, we use ‘Woller’ here in Ok ALL the time!! Lol

  16. Love it! Yes, there is no place like home and no bed like your own! Enjoy!

    1. Christina, you sound a little bit like Dorothy. There’s no place like home, there’s no place like home. Lol!

  17. I love this! The blue pants with that top is fabulous!! And those sandals…love!! You are gorgeous!

  18. Great outfit and I like the shirt. I like the earrings and necklace, goes great with that blouse, but I think you are right , it would go great with a black dress or black shirt. Welcome home and it is nice to know your “babies” missed you!! 😉

    1. Jeanne, the necklace and earrings are super cute. They came with the kit I ordered and I am happy about that. I probably wouldn’t have picked them out. The website does not do them justice.

  19. Unique print and the necklace goes great with the top. “Woller” is definitely in my vocabulary here in “my neck of the woods” as I am from NC. ~Lisa~

    1. I am glad that I am not the only “wollower” around. Lol!

    2. I’m from Greensboro NC. So I know about the word woller as well.

  20. Oh, I love this one – not surprised that Joe does, too! I would so wear this but as usual, you beat me to it!

Agree with FunkyForty, too – wish we had your weather, we’re still in boots and jumpers on this side of the pond – roll on Summer…

  21. You look very stylish. I like the top very much and all your accessories. Glad to see and hear about Florida.

    1. Tracey, we will be getting all our notes from Florida together and ready for you, Valerie, and Helena soon.

    1. Cute outfit. I am from Delaware. My parents are from West Virginia so woller has been a word I grew up with. LOL
