New Arrivals from My Favorite Retailers: October 2023
I decided to browse around some of our favorite retailers to see what trending colors, prints, fabrics, and silhouettes are popular among various brands for their late fall and early winter collections. It’s a great forecast for what’s ahead fashion-wise over the next few months. While looking around at all the new pieces, I decided to put together a round-up of the new arrivals at my favorite retailers. Clothing brands are definitely looking ahead to the holiday season as we are seeing lots of festive pieces and patterns sprinkled throughout their new arrivals. Don’t be alarmed if you feel like you haven’t finished shopping for your fall wardrobe though, because there are still plenty of great pieces out there.

Loft
I always love checking what they have Loft, and they have so many good pieces right now! From a great selection of tops and sweaters to stylish dresses, there’s seriously something for everyone. I am seeing lots of bold prints like Houndstooth and Plaid that will be fun for winter! Plus, their collection of accessories is on point this season with so many different prints and colors.
Talbots
Talbots has you covered going into the cooler months. They have tons of classic and chic crewnecks and turtlenecks, plus so many great layering pieces like vests and jackets. I also saw a lot of dressier pieces that were simply stunning that I think will be perfect for holiday parties! You gurls know I always love Talbots accessories, so I had to include a few that caught my eye, like this suede flap crossbody and this adorable houndstooth bag.
Chico’s
If you like to wear touches of red around the holidays, Chico’s is the place to go as they have an entire “Pop of Red” collection right now. If you aren’t ready to think about Christmas clothing yet, there are lots of great fall and early winter pieces that you can grab to wear right now. When we talked about 2023 fall fashion trends, we predicted leather would be popular this season, and Chico’s has a huge selection of faux leather!
Nordstrom Rack
Nordstrom Rack is a great place to shop for accessories since they carry many of my favorite name brands without the expensive price tag. I was pleased with their selection of boots and loafers, as there are tons of affordable, trendy options. I also found some great sweaters that can be worn into mid-spring when temps begin to warm back up. Remember that inventory can be limited, so it’s important to act quickly when you find something you love.
