DSC_0384What’s behind door #3 Vanna? Why, it’s a red and black poncho! lol  Welcome back to my poncho series. I hope you are having as much fun looking at these, as I am wearing them. This is one of my very favorite ponchos. I love the shade of red, and the large windowpane black stripes.
DSC_0385This is a “true” poncho. Basically a piece of material with a hole cut out for your head. Brillant! I bought this poncho last year, probably at T J Maxx. I found an almost identical one on Aliexpress. I have never shopped with this site, and do not know anything about them. If you have every shopped there, please let me know how your experience was.DSC_0386I am wearing multiple bangle bracelets. A large black one and a skinny red one on the one arm, and two black medium size bangles, with a black & white bangle in between them. I picked these up at vintage fashion shows. They usually sell for somewhere are 5 – 10 dollars. I also am carrying my red Dooney & Bourke purse, which has become my FAVORITE fall purse.DSC_0388I have on a pair of black Simply Vera ponte knit pants. Of course, any black pair of pants would work. I just like these because they are stretchy, and they have an elastic waist. My kind of pants:)DSC_0390The rest of my jewelry is some vintage pieces that I thought you might like to see. The cute little enameled umbrella pin is marked My Fair Lady. I like brooches, and I am glad to hear they are coming back in trend. The necklace is a long strand of plastic squares, and I have them doubled. I have several strands of black glass beads, but I like this one because it is light.DSC_0389The earrings are little pieces of plastic that has been put together in the shade of a diamond. They dangle from a smaller diamond shape, and they are clip ons. Suprisingly, they are comfortable.DSC_0384DSC_0388_2I hope you are enjoying this series. So far, this one is my favorite. 2. Came across your website a couple of weeks ago, and really enjoy checking in on you everyday! Love your style……so me!! Look forward to your next post!

  3. I am loving all the ponchos so far, but I do think the red is my favorite and I can’t say enough about the red purse!

  4. I like this one a lot. I want your purse. 🙂

  5. I read your blog this morning before I went out to do some errands. I had to return a pair of boots at the mall near me and a small kiosk at the mall had that very same poncho for sale. It was $50. I found a sweater type poncho I that I Iiked better at Francesca’s but it had some flaws. The one you are wearing is great for grey, dreary days. You wear that and it will brighten your mood and those you come in contact with.

  6. It’s hard to say I like this color too! Winner winner

    1. Thanks Monica. I am always afraid I am biased.
