DO YOUR SHOES AND PURSE MATCH
Sorry about the horrible lighting on these photos. I didn’t get to take the photos till later in the day so I had to use my flash. It really washes out my look, but you can at least see the outfit. It is already 10:30 at night, already past my bedtime, and I am just getting started on the post.I went tonight to the annual Chamber of Commerce Banquet. The woman’s club and the chamber jointly hold a silent auction as a fundraiser. I had to go early and help with the setup and then stay till the very end to help with the checkout. It is crazy at the end with everyone trying to all pay at once. I had money being thrown at me in all directions. Haha! I kind of liked that!!!
This is a simple outfit that still packs a punch. I have on a white top c/o Covered Perfectly. They were the first company to reach out to me when I started the blog. When I was offered a choice I went with something I would be able to wear for years.
This is such a cute necklace. In some of the Facebook forums that we Plunder stylists post in, I asked what were some of the most popular items. This Gabbie necklace was one that almost everyone mentioned so I ordered it to see what all the hubbub was all about. Believe me, it is the colors. It doesn’t show that well in the photos but this is really cute. If you have a younger person in your life they will like this.
I am wearing a leather Pippa bracelet on the left and a host of bangles on the right. In one of the forums, they showed a picture of these bangles and said list which ones you own. I had to comment that I had them all. Lol! I really do love my bangles, I haven’t got tired of wearing them yet and I have gotten pretty fast at putting them on and taking them off. I am not listing all of them, but you can go to the search bar at the plunder site and type in bangle, a large group will show up to choose from. To place an order with plunder, go here.
This Dooney & Bourke satchel is almost exactly the same color as my leather bracelet. I know it is not cool to match your shoes and purse together, but tough. I like them to match occasionally!
My burgundy waterfall cardigan is one from Cato that I bought a couple of years ago. I like this one because it seems longer than most of the ones I have. My plaid pants are Pixie pants from Old Navy. I have worn them with mustard and navy. Which style do you like best?
I have on my over the knee Tommy Hilfiger leather boots. I got these last year on sale, plus coupons, plus, plus, plus. In other words, I got them really cheap.
I grew up with a Mother that always matched her shoes and purse. So of course I did too. Come to think of it my Mother still matches her shoes and purse. I on the other hand don’t worry about it, only on occasion. I find it to be such a pain to change out purses.
I love your look! The outfit is perfect! However, please take another look at the wording of this blog’s title. Should be:. “Do Your Shoes and Purse Match” not “Does Your Shoes and Purse Match”. Sorry, don’t mean to sound like the grammar police!☺
Haha, Linda. I just fixed that earlier. Correct me anytime, please!
SO I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW….WHO SAYS ITS NOT COOL TO MATCH…. I KNOW I SEE THAT ALOT BUT WHEN DID THAT CHANGE….I THOUGHT I REMEMBER IN THE 80’S (YES WAY BACK THEN) THAT IS WHAT YOU DID…. YEAH….I KNOW I AM SHOWING MY AGE….BUT AGAIN…WHEN DID THE MEMO GO OUT SAYING MATCHING IS SO 1980’S?
Lovely look Tania – the burgundy and brown looks so fabulous together.

I love how you incorporate jackets & vests – I don’t know why I don’t wear them more often because when I wear one I feel like it slenderizes my look. You have a busy life, ma’am! I’m envious of all your doing’s!
Love your outfits and your posts. I would love a post about how you get coupons, etc for some of your clothes (like the Tommy Hilfiger boots). Thanks
You are so involved in serving your community & always doing something fun! I wish we lived closer! You look beautiful in this outfit as always! And I have a friend that won’t leave the house w/o matching purse & shoes & jewelry! TGIF!
Great look on you! Of the three looks with the plaid pants, I like this one the best. The long sweater and boots look really good with the pants.
I’ve told you before, I LOVE those plaid pants!!! The boots are killer.
Wish I still had a Christmas sweater! It’s funny…last night at my woman’s club Christmas party/dinner, the subject of Christmas sweaters came up. We were talking about back in the day, we all had at least two or three Christmas sweaters. Though I’m sure none of them were ugly. Ha! Heck, I even had Christmas shoes!
Love, love your boots!
Love the burgundy cardigan. Since you asked, I like the burgundy with the cute plaid pants best; tone on tone!
Also like the matching boots & purse. Looking good Tania:))
Love your long sweater. Think I might have to go to Cato. And I like shoes and purses matching sometimes too.
I have a pair of plaid pants and this is a great idea of what to wear with them. At first I was almost embarrassed to wear them, but now that I’ve styled them a couple times, they feel more me!!
Great look!

GREAT outfit! Love the color?
Another GREAT look. Like everything about it!? I so want to be part of the ugly sweater pics but I got rid of the ugly stuff. I do have one Santa jacket that is way outdated, would that work?
I REALLY LIKE YOUR OUTFIT…GET YOU SOME REST & GOD BLESS & MUCH LOVE…..MERRY CHRISTMAS…….
Love the look!!! You always manage to look “pulled together”……
What a lovely outfit, those boots are gorgeous ? I’ve given up trying to keep up with the latest ‘ins’ and ‘outs’ it seems that things change almost weekly. If it feels good, wear it!
I totallylove your cardigan! That is exactly how I wanted one. But I settled for less…..
Loving this look! It may be late when the pictures were taken but you still look fabulous! Happy Friday!
