I love the elastic-waist pull-on wide-leg linen pants in Sea Moss (I call them Olive). They have a relaxed and comfortable look to them, pockets, and are available in a couple of other colors.

I paired them with a Square Neck Tank. Square neck tops are trending this year, so you’ll look youthful and stylish in this top. You can wear it alone in this scorching hot weather or layer it under a lightweight top.

The great thing about white is that it can be worn with anything! Here, I added a simple Pine Organic Cotton Scoop Neck Tank, and I loved the look of the outfit. The pine tank can be worn all year round and will look great layered in the fall. I was skeptical about wearing a medium, but I think it fits great without showing too many lumps or bumps.

I love how this Olive Eyelet Embroidered Shell looks summery with its palm tree print. The top is also lined, so you can’t see through it. I love the split neck which helps to elongate your neck. The shell has nice, wide straps, so you don’t have to worry about your bra straps showing.

These are not your normal clothes; they are chic and comfy! The Drapey Twill Cargo Culottes have a gorgeous drape to them and aren’t clingy. They also feature cargo pockets, which are trending and popular. I’m wearing a medium, and they fit perfectly!

You can count on Talbots to take a classic and update it. The utility shirt has been around forever, but you don’t often see it in satin. It’s a great length, and you can wear it tucked or out. It’s very elegant and looks like a dream to wear. I think the olive is pretty, but it’s also available in black, as well as ivory.

A tank top is a great way to incorporate a trending color into your wardrobe. This ribbed tank has one of my favorite necklines. You don’t see as many people wearing a square-necked shirt but I think they look very chic. You could wear this under a cardigan, an oversized button-down, or a light jacket. Of course, you can always wear it as shown!

I LOVE this skirt. You don’t have to think of solids when thinking of color. This skirt is perfectly on trend with the olive background, but it’s all about the white botanicals. It’s easy to wear with its pull-on waist, and it’s made out of a soft jersey so it’s got a bit of stretch. Pair it with a crisp white t-shirt and some cute sandals and you’d look effortlessly chic!

Summer calls for all kinds of events, and while I don’t mind dressing up, I don’t want to be hot! This dress would be perfect for a ton of occasions where temperature is a concern. It’s linen, so you know it’s cool, plus it has lovely slits on each side so you can get some air on your legs. I love the sleeves and the v-cut neckline. I would probably replace the tie with something with a bit more defined like a straw belt.

Gauze clothing is all the rage right now so you’d be hitting two trends – gauze and olive – at once. Plus, how stylish do these look?! They have a drawstring, elastic waist, and side pockets. Perfect for lounging around the house or having lunch with a friend. These are 100% grown cotton, so super comfy – and easy to take care of. Throw them in the wash and tumble dry. They are also available in black and white if you adon’t love them in olive.

You don’t have to spend a ton of money to get in on a trend. These shorts are available at Walmart and are under $15. They are a cotton/linen blend so you know they’ll be comfortable to wear. I’d wear these with a cute T-shirt – yellow or white – and some leather sandals and be completely put together. No one would dream I paid so little. If you like the style, they are available in a ton of other colors.

Want something a little longer? How cute is this flowy dress?! I think the sleeves, the ruffles, the scoop neck – all work together to make this really feminine. You can’t see them but yes, it has POCKETS. Like most clothing from Amazon, it’s affordable and it comes in a bunch of colors. This is pretty enough to wear to a nice event, but you could also throw on tennis shoes and it would work for casual errands, etc.

It’s hard to see in this photo, but these are also a nice linen blend. They are more structured than the ones from Walmart and a bit more expensive, but still, they won’t break the bank. These are a great option for when you want to wear shorts but you still want to look put together. Pair these with a cute top and some nice sandals and you’ll be ready for just about anything other than a wedding.
