SUNNY & BRIGHT
Good morning gurls! I am sunny and bright and feeling alright. Haha I can shake my head no, and even rinse my hair in the shower without wincing in pain. It is a WONDERFUL day. The fact that the Tennessee Vols won the biggest game of the weekend, might help things a little. When you are a Tennessee girl, living in a Virginia world, it can be brutal when your team takes it on the chin.
I am not a HUGE football fan. I like the game, I even like watching the games, but I can take it or leave it. I have several close friends who are “die hard” fans of VT and UT. They go to the games, (we have to schedule woman’s club events around VT’s football schedule) and root their teams on with passion. I am one who walks through the room, watches for a few minutes to see the score, then goes on and does something else. I even went to bed at half-time on Saturday night. Joe told me the score when he came to bed. Lol!
I wore an orange dress to church on Sunday, (coincidence I am sure) but I decided that on today’s post I would show you another look on the yellow cardigan I wore on Saturday. Today I am wearing navy and yellow, one of my favorite color combinations. (see here and here) The yellow cardigan “pops” against the navy top. My cardigan is from Old Navy, and it is one of my favorite’s.

I have forgotten to tell everyone HOW to order Plunder from me, and several of you have messaged that you purchased something, but didn’t think I got the credit. If you have ordered anything this month, send me a quick message to let me know. fiftyisnotold@gmail.com If you wish to purchase anything from Plunder, I would appreciate it if you went to my website. You have to type in http://www.plunderdesign.com/taniastephens or you can enter my stylist number in the “box” when you go to checkout. #241007 Also, there will be a spot where you can pick a party, please pick Tania’s Party. I am blown at how nice you gurls are. You could buy Plunder from another stylist, but you choose to buy from me. That is unbelievable!!! I have decided to not be like the cell phone companies, they only give rewards to “new” customers. I think the customers who have been loyal and stick with you also need rewarding. So, I am going to be giving away a necklace this month to two of my customers. I just want to randomly say thank you.
My yellow print Pixie pants are from Old Navy. I bought these back in the summer, but by pairing a cardigan with the pants, I will be able to wear them into the fall. I think these would look really cute with a pair of boots and a navy puffer vest. Ohhhh, I NEED a navy puffer vest!!!

My navy tank top is LOGO by Lori Goldstein. This is a new brand for me, and I have liked everything I have gotten so far. I purchase my items from an outlet store in town that buys overstock items from OVC. They sell their tops for 12.00, pants for 6.00, and all shoes for 25.00. That would be where these cute shoes came from also. They are by Marc Fisher, and I have worn them all spring and summer. They make ever outfit just a little dressier. Plus because they are platforms, I am almost as tall as Joe when I wear them. I like being able to look him in the eye. Haha

I laughed when I saw these pictures. I have most of my purses in one of the back bedrooms, and if I am going to carry a different purse, I go pick one out and change out all the “stuff.” Today, I grabbed the Dooney & Bourke purse (Similar) and decided to go ahead and take the pictures, before I transferred all the goodies. Look how flat and empty the poor thing looks. Hahaha I guess I learned a lesson, I will just go ahead and take the extra time to transfer everything out. This just looks pitiful. Lol!

Yes love the color combo looks great!
I love your honesty that’s what keeps me coming back to your blogs and post’s.
I think what’s so cool about you is that you teach us that lookin awesome does not have to be expensive. There is a misconception that if you buy pricey you look better or feel better. That’s BOLOGNE you demonstrate to us that you need not a lot of cash to look GREAT!
God Bless you have a great day.
What an awesome outfit!

I really like the yellow and navy combination. I’m not sure I would have thought to pair those two colors together, so it was nice to see how it came together! Thanks for sharing…..glad you are feeling better!
