Earlier this week, I shared a post about the Fashions I Bought In The Last Year That I Still Love. These were all from Amazon, and I wanted to show how I buy and wear items from there all the time. Truth be told, Amazon delivers to my house daily, if not multiple times a day. You can find pretty much anything at Amazon, and we do! Today, I’m sharing the best home and kitchen products I bought in the last year, and they are the things I love the most.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. I’m not sure that’s true, but I love eating apples and peanut butter. I love the huge Honeycrisp apples, and the other apple cutters I had wouldn’t accommodate those since they are so big. This baby works great, and it slices them into small slices.

I bought this chopper so I didn’t have to get out my large food processor. The reason I like this one so much is because of the sliding tray. The others I’ve seen had to remover the entire top to dump out the veggies.

I’ve had this touchless motion sensor trash can for about 2 1/2 years. We use it constantly throughout the day; however, we’ve never had to change the batteries. I almost didn’t buy this because I didn’t want to constantly be changing batteries. We even bought my parents one because we loved ours so much.

Joe and I argued over what can opener to get when our hand held one gave up the ghost. I ordered this one, and he fussed…until he tried it. He had to admit that I was right!!! There are no sharp edges with this one, and it is easy to use.

Knives are Joe’s pet peeve. He hates knives that won’t cut up a steak, so he ordered these and loved them. I’ll admit, I wouldn’t have bought them because they were pricey, but they do a great job, and he is happy.

He ordered this knife sharpener at the same time as the knives. It keeps the knives extremely sharp and works with my other knives too. If you aren’t ready to invest in a great set of knives, you might want to try this sharpener to see if works for your old ones.

Joe had wanted this Ninja Foodi for months and months, but I kept putting him off for one reason or another. I honestly didn’t think that we would use it, and I didn’t want another appliance on my counter, especially one as big as this thing. But this is what he wanted us to buy as our together Christmas gift.

Don’t you hate it when you are wrong? I LOVE this thing. We use it more than our grill or our oven. It is easy to clean up, and I like that it has all of the different functions, like an air fryer, dehydrator, etc. Mine is several years old, so I linked to the newest one. Shew, I hope Joe doesn’t see this, or he will want to upgrade.

I ordered this can and bottle opener after I struggled for a long time to open a jar. One of you sweet ladies suggested I try this, and I love it. My parents also bought it, and mom said they use it all the time.

I keep this right beside my computer to remind myself of what I need to do. My shopping list, blog posts, and things I need to order are all listed. It has been a huge time saver for me. I honestly don’t do a new sheet daily; I keep adding things until the sheet is completely used up before I flip it to a new sheet.

Did you know you can order groceries from Amazon? We order a lot of them, including the coffee K-cups Joe likes to use.

These HUGE Virginia peanuts are one of my favorite grocery items. We eat these all the time, and I even had them on a subscription to be delivered every two months.

I bought one of these wall chargers to replace the long surge protectors we had. These look so much nicer, and I love that we can also use them as a wall charger. I ordered four more during the Amazon Prime Day event, so I’m going to put one in each guest room.

I also ordered these USB-C fast-charging blocks. This is what I use to charge my phone because they are so fast. Joe used it once, and I had to order him one too. I bought the 4 pack so that we could have them in multiple rooms.

This is Joe’s favorite purchase! We have these going down the hall outside our bedroom, in the living room, in my bedroom, and in the bathroom. After Joe stumped his toe (and tore off the nail) on our bed, I put one of these under the dresser. Now, as he walks into the bedroom (in the dark), the light comes on, and he can see the bed.

This is a recent purchase, but it has quickly become a huge favorite. It is a cooling comforter and sheet set, and it really works. The comforter is not thick or heavy and is cool to the touch. I put the sheet (just a fitted sheet) on the bed, and the comforter. They do warm up from your body heat, but when I stretched out my foot during the night, I was shocked at how cold it was. They are on sale, and much cheaper than when I bought them.

We love white washcloths! We use a lot of them, so I ordered the 24-pack. Instead of having a hand towel in the bathrooms, we have these washcloths so that everyone has a clean cloth to dry their hands on. I have a small basket beside the sink for the dirty cloths to go.

I absolutely LOVE this 14 Inch Planter Pot with Stand. It is the XL size, but smaller versions are available. It might not keep me from killing my plants, but they sure look beautiful in it for now.

The winter was brutal on my lawn furniture covers, and they had to be replaced. I ordered a new set from a different brand, and I’m so much happier. These are fantastic and seem like they will last much longer. I bought 4 of the chair covers, and the large furniture set cover for the patio dining set.

These are the sheets I have on all the guest beds. They wash up great and are very soft and silky. I just found this gadget on Amazon to keep the sheets from wadding up into a ball in the washer and dryer. I’m going to order a set, but if you’ve used these, let me know how they work.

This is something Joe and I can’t live without! Lol! I bought an extra one and took it to my moms so that I’ll have on when I go there each month. I also have another stocked away for if one of us is traveling.

I bought this Oil-Rubbed Bronze Soap Dispenser in a 2-pack. It’s an inexpensive way to make your bathroom look fancy. Lol! I filled the dispenser with Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day Liquid Hand Soap.

Hear me out on this…I don’t have small kids, so I use these shorter hangers for my jeans and pants. They made a HUGE difference in the way the closet looks; it is so much neater now. My mom tried them, and she like them so much that she bought another set.

Speaking of the closet, I bought these shelf motion lights for my shoes. I have deep shelves in my closet, and you couldn’t see what was on them since the only light in the room was way overhead. I stuck one of these lights under each shelf, and as I walk into the closet, they light up. I’m going to do the same for the shelves where my clothes hang.

The Samsung Frame TV was another “together” Christmas gift. This TV gives me so much pleasure, and I would go so far as to say it “sparks joy!”

We don’t even watch TV that often, so I love that it looks like a painting when the TV is off, which is most of the time. People who come to the house usually think it is a painting, and they are shocked when we turn the television on a channel.

I grabbed the Little Green Machine from Bissell last year to clean our light-colored couch, and this has been a must-have! I like that you can spot-clean without having to lug around a huge carpet-cleaning machine. This will have you addicted to cleaning all of your upholstery. It’s shocking to see how dirty the water gets from a couch or upholstered chair that “looks” clean!

I would never, ever, ever have thought that a laundry hamper would be on my “favorites” list. Laundry is a chore, and I’m not a fan of it. However, this hamper has made my life soooo much easier! I need to put a label above each bin, though, because Joe can’t seem to remember which one is colors, darks, etc.

I bought this crazy expensive chair in January because I had sciatica and terrible neck pain. I did some research, and this was the chair that was highly recommended. My sciatica and neck pain are gone, so it was money well spent. I used to have a lot of tension headaches from sitting so much, but this chair seems to have fixed the issue.

I bought this personal safety alarm for myself. My neighborhood seems safe, but you never know who is driving through. However, when my daughter came to visit, she tried it out, and I gave it to her. I worry more about her than myself since she is out more often. I’m ordering me another one, but I’m glad she carries this with her everywhere.

I don’t use this nearly as often as I used to, but I still like having it just in case. This is a heavy-duty heating pad that covers my neck and shoulders, and I love the moist heat.

I bought these Apple AirPods on a whim when I went to an R+F convention in Nashville several years ago. I knew that I would be around a lot of women, and I needed to be able to concentrate on my work. I bought these AirPods to put on soothing music while I worked. That helped to drown out the conversations that were happening around me, and they worked like a charm. Here is the funny thing…I use these multiple times EVERY DAY!!!

This is a recent purchase and one that Joe and I are really enjoying. We’ve been riding almost every afternoon when it isn’t raining. It was a small learning curve for me, but I’m getting the hang of it. I’m not great on short turns, but I’ll get better the more we ride. Mine is 24″, and Joe’s is a 26″ bike. He said he liked mine better since it wasn’t as tall.

He wanted the fat-tired version so that we could ride them in the grass, on gravel, on the Creeper Trail, etc. There are all different sizes and price points, so you can find the perfect one here.
