50 IS NOT OLD | WHAT GOES WITH ORANGEI had a wonderful weekend and I hope you did too. I did some catching up on work and I did some catching up on sleep. Lol! Saturday morning I went to a brunch with my Energizer Bunny Friend for a couple of hours. We had fun talking with other women on the Rodan + Fields team we are a part of. Joe went to play golf with her husband so I laughed and said we both had dates with the Hackneys.50 IS NOT OLD | WHAT GOES WITH ORANGEI came home and did a blog post for Sunday and I was sitting there with my eyes slowly closing. I kept trying to do other things but I knew I was fighting a losing battle. The trip was finally catching up with me. I looked up and saw Joe’s truck coming over the hill and I thought, “Crap, now I won’t be able to take a nap.” He walks in the door and sees me working on the computer. He asked me if I had my post for Sunday done yet. When I said yes then he said, “You want to go take a nap?” Do you think we have been married too long? We are starting to start thinking alike. Lol!!!50 IS NOT OLD | WHAT GOES WITH ORANGEBlue and orange, good old University of Virginia colors. This orange top was one I bought early last year at Target. It was the first piece of clothing from Target I had bought in a very long time. I buy scarfs there but hardly ever do I buy their clothing. However, I was pleasantly surprised with this top. It has held up nicely even after several washings.

50 IS NOT OLD | WHAT GOES WITH ORANGE So much for my best-laid plans. I searched for this pair of earrings to wear with this outfit because I thought they were still in the Plunder catalog. NOPE! They must have retired. Oops. I guess if you want a pair of orange earrings that you will need to look at the Sahil instead. Lol! The long Avery necklace has a lot of wooden beads strung together in the pendant. You can purchase the Tory necklace and the Sofia bracelet separately or you can purchase it as the Marigold set and save 2.00. Click on a highlighted link or go to www.plunderdesign.com/taniastephens to go shopping. Please be sure to choose a party that has my name in it before you hit the SHOP button. 50 IS NOT OLD | WHAT GOES WITH ORANGE I am not sure if I want to call these pants beige, taupe, or oatmeal. All of them accurately describe the color of these Pixie Pants from Old Navy. I am not sure when I bought this pair but I don’t think it was this year. My navy espadrilles with tan trim are several years old, like maybe 5 or more. I don’t wear them often but I am not sure why, they are really cute. Lol!

50 IS NOT OLD | WHAT GOES WITH ORANGEThe navy cardigan is super lightweight. It is a see through material almost like mesh so it did not add any warmth but it covered my arms. For those who hate showing your arms something like this can be an option. It is not heavier than wearing a long sleeve shirt but it looks more “put together.” That is mainly because 3 items look more like an “outfit” than 2. I bought this at Old Navy earlier this spring.

50 IS NOT OLD | WHAT GOES WITH ORANGEHave you seen my facebook post that I did yesterday? If not then you should go and have a look at it. I decided to ask some of my fellow R+F friends to tell me some of the things that they have done with the paychecks they have gotten. Most of these ladies are new and have only been in the business a little while. The one who has been in the business the longest has only been doing it for 2.5 years. Simple things like dance and music lessons for their children or being able to stop working nights in the ER or paying a huge chunk of their mortgage, or paying a huge car payment monthly were all things accomplished within a year or so of this business. Most of us work this business while also holding down a full-time job fitting it into the nooks and crannies of our lives. Just think what a few extra hundred dollars could do for your family, then think about what a couple thousand dollars could do, and if you are a really high achiever then think what you could do with 10,000.00 or more per month. This is something I want EVERYONE to be able to do. If you REALLY want to become a consultant but can’t afford the cost to join then email me at fiftyisnotold@gmail.com and we will see what we can work out.
